Eng. Martin Obuya is the President and Chairman of Internet Society Kenya Chapter. He is Founder and Chairman of LiJoMe Group Incorporation. He is a Member of the Technical Committees of International Telecommunications Union (ITU), African Telecommunications Union (ATU), Forum of International Independent Networks Association (FIINA) and Southern African Telecommunications Association (SATA). He is a Member of British Chamber of Commerce, French Chamber of Commerce and Dubai Chamber of Commerce. He is an Advisor for French Tech Hub, Euro Africa ICT, TechSoup Global and BusinessCom Networks. He is a Board Member of Tech Executive Council, Aero Dimensions Africa, Trio Consulting and Pro Sports East Africa.

Mr. Joel Okomoli
Joel is a specialist in MIS, System Analyst, Networking and Security Applications, Microsoft Exchange tools; Statistical analysis; Programming; Database administration. MS-SQL databases, QuickBooks. He has extensive project management, leadership and team building experience. He is a profound manager and entrepreneur with great data analysis and report writing skills. Joel’s expertise extends to advocacy, monitoring, evaluation and learning as well as youth development and resource mobilization.

Mr. Otieno Antony
A proud geek, Antony is a computer technologist, a Cisco and Microsoft trained System Developer and Administrator. He is currently a system developer and corporate consultant at Frabeaton Entrerprises, a partner and lead developer at Mistard Solutions. He holds active memberships in various communities including NEPAD ICT Knowledge Space, African Knowledge for Development, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Internet Engineering Task Force working groups, and Internet Corporation for Assigned Name and Numbers (ICANN).
His specialties are in Banking Technologies, Next Generation Computing, Integrated ICT Infrastructures and Mobile Internet Security.
